VISITING US IN STORE
Where is your cosy café?
You can find us on the Wroughton highstreet, next to the traffic lights: 7 High Street, SN4 9JX


What are your opening hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm and Saturday, 9am-3pm. These can change seasonally. 


What is the nearest car park to you?
We share our car park with the salon next door. If it is full, there is plentiful parking a short walk away at the Ellendune Centre.


Do we need to book?
No, you don't need to, however we can get very busy and have a limited amount of space, so we do recommend it if you know you're definitely coming.

What is the best way to book a table?
You can book online or give us a call on 01793 798119. You can also email us hello@thebeehivecafe.co.uk but please only do this if you are booking at least a few days in advance.

Do I need to pre-order a takeaway?
No, you don't need to, but it does help on our end as we have a teeny kitchen! It also means you wont be stood around waiting if our tables are full. To pre-order just give us a call on 01793 789119 during our opening hours - even half an hour before you're hoping to collect is great, but the more notice the better!

Can I place an order from your gift ranges with you and pick it up in store?
Yes! You can click and collect from the cafe during our opening hours. Orders to collect are normally ready within 24 hours.

Do you serve Afternoon Tea?
Yes! Our afternoon tea is £18.50 per person and includes:
Locally made buttery scone with jam made in our village, and clotted cream, generously filled sandwiches, and a selection of indulgent cakes and sweet treats, plus tea or coffee with refills.
They are available any day of the week, but we do require 24 hours notice (48 hours if there are any allergens or dietary requirements) and a £5 per person deposit, which is refundable if you cancel 24 hours prior to your booking.

Do you allow dogs?
Unfortunately not inside! Due to the size of the café we have sadly decided it wouldn't work to allow our four-legged friends in. We do have tables outside the front that you are welcome to use with your pooches, or of course we offer takeaways! We also sell doggy ice cream!

Do you have disabled access?
There is a ramp leading up to our front door but space inside is limited. We have welcomed guests in wheelchairs previously, but always recommend people come in and have a look first, or we are happy to send pictures and measurements if that may help you make a decision. We are unfortunately unable to reserve parking spaces as the car park is shared. We also do not have an accessible toilet, due to our small size. We always recommend giving us a call to discuss your requirements if you plan to make a special trip out to us!



OUR PRODUCTS

You say your suppliers are all local!? Yes they are!
Everyone's meaning of 'local' is totally different, so we do try to use different phrases as it's important for us to be specific about what we offer you. All of our products are made in the UK, a lot of them being made in Wiltshire or its surrounding counties. Being a small business ourselves we go out of our way to support other small business, who are close by, when choosing our produce.



Do you sell gift vouchers?
We do! Our vouchers can be used inside the café only. Please contact us or give us a call at 01793 798119 and we will be more than happy to help!

RETURNS AND OOPSIDAISIES

If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?
We, of course, hope that everything with your order is always tickety-boo, however we are only human and sometimes (very rarely!) we do make mistakes. Please contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order if you notice anything wrong and we will do whatever we can to help the situation. hello@thebeehivecafe.co.uk or 01793 798119


I've received my order but it has arrived damaged - what do I do?
We're really sorry if your order has arrived damaged. Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach a photo of the damaged item to the email. Where possible, we will send a replacement or repair the item. In cases where this is not possible, we will issue you with a refund. hello@thebeehivecafe.co.uk


What is your returns policy?
If you unfortunately happen to change your mind about a purchase you've made, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it. Returns can either be made in store or by post, whichever is best for you. For more information on returns, including which items are non-refundable, please refer to our Returns Policy.
