You don't need to be an active email user to make the most of the scheme. All you need to do is let us know you're signed up and give us your name before you pay - so there's no techy stuff for you to do!

Points must be used by the 31st December, only points accrued in November and December will be carried over to the following year.

Points can only be deducted from your future bills, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
